A site the whole committee can edit
What's on, opening hours, contacts and news, editable by anyone you trust from a phone, with nothing that needs a developer to change.

A community website from Nexus Studio is built to be run by the people who run the place: volunteers, a part time coordinator, a committee that changes every year. It tells your neighbourhood what is on this week, lets people book a room or a table without a phone call, signs up volunteers, takes donations and keeps the opening hours and contact details right where visitors expect them. Updating it is as simple as editing a document, and if nobody has time we can look after it for you. We build it as bespoke software you own rather than a template, so it can grow with the organisation and never disappears when a platform changes its pricing. Community centres, village halls, food banks, youth clubs, residents' associations and faith groups all work this way with us. Prices start from £199 per month plus a one off setup fee based on what you need, with the full cost agreed in writing before work begins.

See all our servicesWe talk to the people who use the building and the people who run it, and find the five things the site must do before we design anything.
Large type, plain words, high contrast and a what's on page that works for a grandparent on an old phone as well as a teenager on a new one.
Room availability, online booking and payment, the events calendar and the volunteer sign up, built as software you own and shaped around how the building runs.
We train whoever will update the site, leave plain instructions, and stay on for hosting, security and anything the committee needs next year.

Yes. A short form asks what they can offer and when, and sends it to the right coordinator. Rotas, reminders and a simple volunteer list can be added as the organisation grows.
Prices start from £199 per month plus a one off setup fee, and we price every project on what you actually need. Many community organisations fund it from a grant or hall hire income, and we provide a written proposal you can attach to an application.
Whoever you choose. Editing is as simple as editing a document, from a phone if needed, and we train your volunteers and leave plain instructions. If nobody has time, we can manage it for you instead.
That is the point of it. Large type, high contrast, plain words, keyboard and screen reader support and no clever interactions that get in the way are checked throughout design and development.
Book a call with Mike. Tell us what the building does and who runs it, and we will help you work out what the site should do first, whether or not you ever work with us.
